Response time
We reply to every message within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Messages about a damaged or incorrect item are prioritised — please include your order number and photographs.
Before you write
Many questions — shipping costs and delivery times, returns, sizing, assembly and care — are answered on our FAQ page. If the answer is not there, we would genuinely rather hear from you than have you guess.
Order changes
We can change or cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once it is with the carrier we can no longer amend it, but our 30-day return process still applies.
