Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Wren & Bough online store and your purchase of products from it. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. About us

The Wren & Bough online store is operated from the United States, at 2947 Parkside Ave, Ontario, CA 91761, United States. You can reach us at annincastw5@hotmail.com.

2. Products and pricing

We sell solid-wood, rattan and upholstered furniture for dogs and cats. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any duties or import taxes levied by the destination country. We aim to describe every product accurately and to show it clearly, but natural materials such as wood and woven rattan vary in grain and tone, and small variation between the photographs and the delivered piece is normal rather than a fault. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we identify a pricing error, we may decline or cancel the order and will refund any amount already paid.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping costs and delivery times are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy, and returns and refunds in our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Assembly and safe use

Some items are supplied flat-packed and require assembly. Please follow the supplied instructions, tighten all fittings, and check the item is stable before your pet uses it. Tall cat furniture should be placed on level flooring and, where an anchor or wall strap is supplied, fixed in accordance with the instructions. Pet furniture is not a child's product and is not intended for use by children.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this store — text, photographs, graphics, logos and page design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, and not to submit false or misleading information.

9. Disclaimers

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, this store and its content are provided on an "as is" basis, and we do not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted or error-free. Colour and appearance can vary between screens and between natural-material batches.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country of residence.
